As part of the open scope of the competition, this year’s participants will also be challenged to seek out solutions to help people take charge of their health and wellness, recognize the value of seniors in our society and improve how others can help the less fortunate.
This is in line with Prudential’s Ready for 100 initiative, which aims to get people to re-imagine what living to 100 could be and to inspire the changes that will make this a reality for future generations.
Prudential’s most innovative employees will also be serving as mentors during the competition where they will be sharing their time and expertise in design thinking techniques, drawing up business plans and preparing engaging pitch decks.
